Christina grew up in Albuquerque, NM, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of New Mexico. She then worked at Sandia National Laboratories (Albuquerque, NM) with microencapsulation and aerosol sampling of particles produced by explosives. Her current research interests include IMMS analysis of explosives and applications of IMMS for homeland security.
