Xing grew up in a beautiful city, Zhengzhou, in the middle of China. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Hunan University in China and traveled across The Pacific Ocean to Washington State University as a chemistry graduate student in the fall of 2009. She joined Professor Herbert Hill’s group in the spring of 2010.
Xing’s current research interests include the IMMS instruments and the analysis of metabolites.
